The current tendencies of advanced technologies application in modern school are described. The main indicators of e-learning systems development for engineering education are outlined, among them: availability and quality of e-learning, individualization and integrity of learning, need of advanced technologies. There are promising directions for use of cloud computing in e-learning systems management: access control, content management, resource management, learner activity management; management communication.
