The economic cost-benefit analysis method is used to the evaluation on roof greening projects of the urban building, the economic, environmental and social impact roof greening projects may have in the whole building life cycle is analyzed. The spatial extent and time span of the economic benefits and economic costs are determined. The path and method of economic benefit and economic cost calculation is studied.
