10-35 kV voltage grade power system, generally based on the size of single-phase current to the ground capacitor, arc overvoltage is prevented, so split-phase ground capacitor size for neutral point indirect earth system needs to be measured. The measuring method of split-phase ground capacity for neutral point indirect earth system by bias capacitor is introduced, and computing formula has been analyzed and observed; actual system parameters are incorporated into the formula, compared with the test data, proves that the method is simple and accurate numerical calculation, uninterrupted power supply to its customers and has broad prospects for application.
