Home health care have an important meaning of life guarantee for the elderly and sub-healthy groups. In this paper, it is adopted to design a new model of home health care system that wearable wireless data acquisition technology and emotion recognition algorithm-based on physiological signals. Test results show that the system realized physiological signal acquisition under the natural state, physical health care, emotional state recognition and message alarm. The system has a low cost, both physical and mental health care characteristics, which can be widely used in modern rural and urban households.
