With the development of SNS (social network service), social network has become more and more important. The problem of how to discover users' (including the Internet and the telecommunication network) social network from users' interaction detail between each other starts to be the focus problem of researchers. Basing on the analysis of telecommunication call data, this paper studied how CDRs (Call Detail Records) can be transformed to call graph. And then the concept of TF(Telecommunication Family) and a clustering algorithm to discover TFs is proposed, which bases on call graph. Our empirical study shows that the proposed algorithm is promising in discovering TFs from CDRs.
