In order to meet the demand of the construction and development of the informationalization of equipment maintenance and support system in the future, the Petri-net model of defense equipment maintenance and support system were established by combining the colored timed Petri-net theory and the characteristics of equipment maintenance support system in this paper. The problem of equipment maintenance insurance prediction and decision-making were settled by means of the Petri-net model and Monte Carlo simulation method. A Monte Carlo simulation example was used to confirm the feasibility and validity of the method. The conclusions of the research offer technical support for information of equipment maintenance tools, intelligent of maintenance resource management, and precise of maintenance and support resource. And they can offer technical tool and reference for constructing equipment maintenance and support system.
