This paper introduces the design about quality teaching course "Power system protection". The design requirements of this teaching site are analyzed. The development tools and the corresponding design pattern are discussed. Each front and back specific function modules of the teaching power system protection quality reception site are introduced. The web about quality teaching course "Power system protection" greatly improves the efficiency and effectiveness of teaching, greater stimulates students' enthusiasm and creativity.
