21 century is the information and Internet Age. With the rapid development of information and network technology, this century's laboratory management becomes able to employ brand-new technologies and convenient and effective managerial methods. New contents have been added to standardize and modernize the scientific management. At the same time, new challenges and chances keep cropping up. PE Department laboratory in colleges and universities severs as a multifunctional base for activities like teaching, training, scientific research and application and so on so forth. However, a few problems have arisen during the process of managing a lab, such as, low opening level and utilization rate, need-to-be-improved lab staff construction, slow query speed on experimental programs and the availability of lab equipments, poor technical service and equipment maintenance and backwardness of distance education and other computer-aided education forms.
