Based on combination of related foreign theories and engineering practices in China, an index system of project performance evaluation has been explored and constructed. Furthermore, we applied the index system of performance evaluation to the cases according to their actual situations. The effectiveness of the index system of engineering projects was confirmed, and effect of integration management of engineering project was proved in practice.
