A Chirp-z-Transform-Based Software Synchronization Method for Optical Performance Monitoring

A software synchronization method based on chirp-z transform is proposed for optical performance monitoring in this letter. In comparison with the previously reported software synchronization methods, the proposed method is shown to have higher spectral resolution and shorter calculation time.
