Through analysis of urban emergency evacuation scheme drafting and its submodels, inhabitants evacuation scheme model system is constructed and optimized collectively from optimization of system diagnosis, system analysis and system evaluation. Upon this basis, the assistant analysis system developed through GIS platform is used to carry out applicable analysis on cases, indicating that scheme model system optimization is effective and practical.
