Training issues for discussion, not all black or all white, and the use of uncertainty as their means of mathematics is quite feasible. In this paper, the development aspects of sports training program conducts the difficulty of competitive ability on the basis of diagnosis through the gray GM (1, N) coordination model. The gray multi-objective programming model on the process of decomposition of training develops a practical training program.
