Based on performance prism model and characteristics of chemical enterprise, taking financial and non-financial indicators into consideration, this paper establishes a evaluation system for the informatization of chemical enterprise and uses fuzzy mathematics assessment method to quantity qualitative indexes. Thus this evaluation system has a good practical operability.
