Filling system risk evaluation model, based on rough set of concept lattice, was produced. The corresponding relation of rough set equivalence and concept lattice extension was studied. Based on the dependence relation of the filling system risk sources, risk sources were chosen, which can reduced the size of the concept lattice. Minimum regulation set was picked up from plenty of filling system example data, with this the filling system risk evaluation was evaluated. Besides, the arithmetic in the paper was compared with classic Godin arithmetic experimentally, and the results showed, the rising range of dissipative time was small. Thus, space-time performance can be enhanced by using progressive implementation algorithm concept case arithmetic in filling risk evaluation model.
