Research on performance evaluation of the regional IUR cooperative technological innovation system

The article constructs the indicator system of IUR cooperative technological innovation performance from the angle of input-output. Then it carries on the scientific evaluation to IUR cooperative technological innovation performance of the provinces and municipalities by using the method of DEA, and obtains the ranking of these provinces and cities. At last we carry on the detailed analysis to the appraisal result and get some revelation of the development of IUR cooperative technological innovation.
