This paper analyzes 8 major financial indicators of Yue Dianli in 2000 to 2009 by using the SPSS13.0 software based on factor analysis, to evaluating the company's consolidated results. The results showed that, in addition to the year of M&A, the performance showed a steady decreasing trend. The study results can facilitate the company to thinking the path of enhancing value.
