Through an in-depth research of the human resource management status of Chongqing Hualong Special Steel Co., Ltd, a private enterprise with assets rearrangement not before long, this thesis analyzes the problems and challenges of human resource management in the process of assets rearrangement, traces its origin and proposes solutions with pertinence and maneuverability. With the proposed measures and targeted at economic organizations of private corporate system enterprises which are transformed from net assets incision of state-owned enterprises, it proposes several suggestions for human resource management in the transformation process.
