Because of “information islands” of internal allegations shipboard command and simulation control system in the past, it brought the problem that the performance of access is inefficient. So, a architecture was employed based on SOA (Service Oriented Architecture). In this architecture, the simulation system was built by using of SCA (Service Component Architecture) method; To gain a quick response for the system needs, we package some functions of system into a number of services to achieve maximum reuse of business components, develop the services of the system programming, and publish and remote calling of services with web services. Finally, the simulation shows that the shipboard command and simulation control system based on SCA can meet heterogeneous and flexibility.
