A new evaluation index system was established on the research projects in agricultural mechanization. Then it has been proved scientifically by way of expert consultation. The system confirmed the weight of evaluation index system by Analytic Hierarchy Process. And it proposed the method based on Fuzzy Comprehensive Judgment. At last, the evaluation model's reliability has been proved through experiment.
