The study of career decision making developed from the stage of concerning about relevant factors in decision making to the stage of concerning about decision-making itself, from the stage of concerning about the match of human being and environment to the stage of concerning about the limited rational decision of individuals on multi-stages in micro view. Although the two paradigms have quite different research ways, they all had prosperity and development. At the same time, the paper finds out that both of the two paradigms have their own defects, and the existed study are lack of integrated research. Therefore, the paper constructs a system integrated model in order to find a complete view of career decision making.
