The current concept semantic similarity calculation based on ontology does not take full advantage of the concept semantic information. In this paper we will present a new concept semantic similarity algorithm deviding the concept similarity into two parts: one is concept name similarity calculation, concept name degree and concept name edit distance calculation. The other is concept property similarity calculation, concept object property and data property calculation. Thus we obtain the actual similarity of the ontology concept according to an integrated analysis. The experimental results indicate that, compared with other similarity algorithms, this method can make full use of concept semantic information, and can obtain a better match result.
