Information technologies can improve instruction and learning contexts and conversational mode, promote instructional reform and innovation. In this article, we took full advantage of interaction and resource sharing of information technologies in education to integrate the advantages of class teaching and online learning in knowledge teaching and independent study, and build blended learning model based on Sakai teaching platform to improve learners to construct meaning and transfer knowledge.
