Prognostics and network health management for image transmission over wireless telemedicine systems

This paper applies prognostics and health management methodology to network reliability optimization, which is commonly used for condition-based monitoring of system health of electronic devices and systems. It presents simulation results and analysis to show the benefits of the proposed approach.
