Recently much attention is paid to the training of teachers' educational technology in primary and middle school. However, researchers know little about managing post-training teachers, which makes the outcome of the training unobvious. Based on the situation, the paper advocates grafting performance management of company into managing post-training teachers' of educational technology; then it mainly explains the feasibility and architecture of performance management applied to manage post-training teachers in primary and middle school. At last, based on relatively theoretical researches and applications abroad, the paper sums the problems that maybe happen to apply performance management to post-training teachers' of educational technology in primary and middle school, for further consideration.
