A constructive model predictive control (MPC) scheme is proposed for continuous-time nonlinear affine-input systems, based on feedback linearization of the system. Firstly by using the feedback linearization method and Raccati equation, a control Lyapunov function (CLF) of the system is constructed. This then established a stable control class of the system. Secondly a MPC strategy is designed by combination of constructive active control idea. Finally, the simulation of continuous stirred tank reactors (CSTR) in chemical processes is used to illustrate the effectiveness of the results presented here.
