This paper is concerned with H control for a new genetic regulatory network (GRN) model with both intrinsic perturbation and extrinsic perturbation. A delay- and range-dependent criterion for a given H performance is established via employing an improved free-weighting matrix approach. At the same time, H feedback controllers are designed to regulate the noise influences. To demonstrate the effectiveness of the obtained theoretical results, two numerical examples are presented in this paper.
