[Purpose] We carry on a research to study the optimization of the items and process management of libraries' digital information service. [Method] By examining Tsinghua University Library Homepage and Academic Information Resource Portal from the perspective of items and process management of libraries' digital information service, authors analyze the status of items and process management of libraries' digital information service. [Results] Our results show that the items and process management of Tsinghua University Library has many advantages, but there is still rooms for improvement. [Conclusion] Based on the analysis, we provide advices for improving service items and process management.
