In evaluating logistics service quality, some indicators are characterized as uncertainty and dynamics. To solve the dynamic fuzziness of LSQ, a comprehensive, dynamic and fuzzy evaluation method is proposed to measure the indicators. In this way, a customer-oriented logistics service quality system is established. A case problem is used to show the application of proposed method.
