E-learning is an important way to study in the information age. According to the development of higher vocational education, this paper designed and constructed a professional E-Learning Platform for computer network technology major after analyzed the learning characteristics of higher vocational students. It built a new interactive mode among teachers, students and resources by using professional teaching resource pools, online courses and virtual experiments. Besides, it created a new teaching mode by taking the Complementary Advantage of Traditional Classroom education and E-learning, and thus made the whole educational mode efficient.
