By using fly ash and slag and alkaline stimulate agent, we prepare inorganic polymer reinforced concrete beam,Research on its stress and deformation characteristics under load,To explore the inorganic polymer replace the feasibility of ordinary cement in ordinary civil building providing test data. Test results show that, under load. Inorganic polymer reinforced concrete beam failure process and normal cement concrete is similar, has obvious 4 load-bearing characteristics: elasticity, craze, yield and limit. Inorganic polymer concrete flexural members section conform to plane section assumption.Calculation of inorganic polymer reinforced concrete beam ductility coefficients were 2.55,1.68 and 2.01; Ordinary concrete short-term stiffness computation formula in ((concrete structure design code)) is suitable for inorganic polymer concrete component;Bearing capacity calculation method in (concrete structure design code)) and ((lightweight aggregate concrete structure design code)) basically apply to inorganic polymer reinforced concrete.
