In order to satisfy the family needs of ECG monitor, this article proposed a design scheme of ECG monitoring system based on wireless sensor network. It constructed a WSN (wireless sensor network) by sensor node and coordinator node. The ECG data was transmitted from sensor node to coordinator node. Then the data would be transmitted by serial interface to PC. To facilitate operation and observation we had developed human machine interface by the Labview software. The system can realize real-time ECG detection and wireless transmission. It is portable and user-friendly and will meet the family needs of portable ECG monitor.
