In order to improve the efficiency of mechanical elements design, calculation and analysis on the methods of traditional driving axle design, the Visual basic software development tools were adopted to develop the parameterization technology for the axles design. The integration technology for the computer aided design and computer aided engineering was discussed and developed to realize the elements parameterization and integration. The driving axle virtual design system was developed to realize the virtualization and integration for driving axle design and analysis.
