Tacit knowledge which exists in employees' mind, and is difficult to be formalized and imitated, is the source of enterprises' competitive advantages. On the basis of analyzing characteristics of tacit knowledge, transfer subject and influencing factor of knowledge transfer, this paper establishes a conceptual model of tacit knowledge transfer within organizations, based on which, some effective approaches to improve tacit knowledge transfer are given.
