Recently, recall of consumer electronics product has increased. Currently, second hand digital consumer electronics market in Japan has expanded to several billion yen every year. The second hand market will be expected to expand further in future. This study focuses on the second hand consumer electronics market. There are recall problems in a second hand sale or a borrowing. This study proposes recall support system by search of product user and improvement of recall notice. The system automatically process owning product information at a time of transferring and borrowing product. The effectiveness of proposed system was evaluated by comparison of previous studies and a proposed method.
