Optimal selection of emergency material reserve method is confirmation optimal reserve method through considering each factors of reasonable emergency material reserve method. It is basis of emergency material management with high efficiency. Factors of emergency material reserve are analyzed in this paper; optimal selection of emergency material reserve method by backward inference is raised and process of emergency materials selection is provided. The validity of this method is proved through examples.
