This paper presents the salient results related to the proposal, implementation and characterization of true time delays and phase shifters based on Slow and Fast Light technologies developed by our group within the framework of the ICT-FET GOSPEL funded by European Union. In particular, results based on the use of coherent population oscillations in Semiconductor Optical Amplifiers and Brillouin Effects in optical fibers will be described.
