Air distribution's simulation of overhead supply and lateral return air-conditioning system in spinning workshop

Firstly, we have built the physical model of spinning workshop in this paper. Using the physical model, the temperature field, velocity field and PMV-PPD at different height in the whole workshop has been simulated by Airpak software and whether the result is reasonable has been analysed. Meanwhile, we have measured the real temperature and velocity distribution at different height in the whole space and contrasted the result with the simulation. And we analysed the reason of the difference. It is deemed that the result of simulation mainly fits the practical truth. These conclusions can provide the basis and guides worthly for the further more studies by the CFD in the future.
