We report on optical manipulation of microdroplets by combining dynamic and static computer generated holograms to extend the manipulable area towards microdroplet-based DNA computation. Experimental results demonstrated simultaneous manipulation on distant areas and fusion of microdroplets at a position far from the center of the optical pattern.
