Within campus network the mutual access between the internal network and the external network is usually restricted by the limited network bandwidth, resulting that the network access among different ISP networks is usually slow in speed and time-out. Based on deep research of existing schemes, this paper has designed a Multiple Exit Load Balancing Scheme for campus network based on DNS service. When user in external network accesses internal network, with the help of intelligent DNS, different ISP users reserve their corresponding network IP addresses against the same domain name. Then these ISP users can access the internal network server through heterogeneous network data link. When user in internal network accesses external network,,the user reserves different IP addresses through different ISP exit data links to make sure that the load balancing of DNS data link is optimized.
