The problem that some electricity customers don't pay for the bills deliberately and steal electricity always plagues the electricity companies. So they have to carry out the customer credit risk management to guard against trading risk. To avoid customer credit risk, it's necessary to establish the customer credit management system and assess the risk. Based on the concept of entropy, this paper has built the customer credit evaluation index system, evaluate the credit of electric customer though both quantitative and qualitative method. In the end, an empirical study is conducted.
