Intra- and inter-band four-wave mixing in silicon coupled resonator optical waveguides

We demonstrate intra- and inter-band wavelength conversion enhancement for continuous wave sources in wide-passband coupled resonator optical waveguides (CROWs), compared with their constituent silicon waveguides.
