The article tries to solve the problems of resource load balance under the gridding environment, combined with the advantage of simulated annealing algorithm and genetic algorithm. It offered an optimal method of task scheduling based on genetic simulated annealing Clonal Algorithm. The Simulation experiment shows that the algorithm overcomes the shortcoming of that genetic algorithm drop into local optima easily. The global search is very capability, it can achieve resource load balancing effectively.
