Fostering the intellectual student development today is really a big challenge to all educators nowadays. In an attempt to improve teaching and learning of a program Faculty of Civil Engineering (FCE), Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) has moving to a new paradigm with full of enthusiasm and commitment. In this paper, we present the Program Outcome of our faculty for Diploma in Civil Engineering Program which has implemented OBE learning system. The focuses will be more towards the student development progress and enhancement which the data is gained from the Program Outcome of Diploma in Civil Engineering Program. Suggestions in improving the current OBE learning systems are also presented in order to enhance the learning method and the Program Outcome (PO) to benefit every entity involved.
