Based on the characteristic of experience economy, we employed inference and contrast analysis methods, and proposed three rules for intangible cultural heritage protection with developing theory and threshold theory, which are to focus absorbing modern elements, enlarge the number of continuator, and set up the standing threshold. Then according to the characteristic of experience economy we gave some new protection advice with tourist as core driving force.
