This paper describes the information space, and RDF formats, linked data content and application research, also about the organization of knowledge resources, mechanism theory based on linked data under information space, propose a knowledge-based resources application models and resources publish service based on linked data, which is better extend the content of knowledge resources, and enhance the services of discovery of knowledge resources. Provide the reference of practical applications for China's linked data theoretical research.
