With the coming of knowledge economy, intellectual capital plays increasingly important role in enterprises. Compared with physical resource, intellectual capital which is just like enterprise knowledge has made increasingly contributions to create corporate value and it is considered the resource as well as core in creating corporate value in the New Century and is critical to prove core competitive and to make extra profit. Therefore, it is vital to make a three-dimension quantitative analysis of intellectual capital's impact on corporate value based on time, industry and capital so as to make more effectively use of intellective capital to enhance corporate value.
