In the 21st century, knowledge economy oriented towards knowledge-based decision-making has risen along with global economic integration. Through the build of a sound environment, promotion of knowledge innovation, technological innovation and mechanism innovation, as well as the improvement of the social awareness of innovation and the national ability in innovation are the road for China to realize rapid development. However, independent innovation cannot exist without starting the business, and more importantly, the culturing of entrepreneurship.
