The cores of sustainable development strategy are the sustainable development of social economy and the sustainable utilization of resources. Based on the reproducible natural environment of the survival and development of mankind, the essential target of ecological construction is to reach the sustainable and harmonious development of mankind, society and nature. Industrial ecology is the realistic choice and inevitable demand of sustainable development. The paper analyzed the demand of industrial sustainable development, elaborated the purpose and performance of industrial ecology, put forward the strategies of industrial ecology based on the sustainable development, such as to stimulate the innovation of technology, policy and business model of ecological agriculture, to advance the cleaner production and ecological park construction of ecological industry development, accelerate the development of ecological service.
