Green IT and green data centers will not happen overnight. Achieving greener data centers with lower carbon emissions and be more environmentally sustainable is a daunting task and especially challenging to make facilities running in extreme climatic conditions greener. However, with maturing technologies and availability of greener products, organizations have better options, even in extreme climates.
