To efficiently improve the BEM performance, one starts from some new integral relations in a potential field. The approach consists in the treatment of the boundary by portions. The functional equation of the potential and its normal derivative on the boundary is established and the discretized equation system is set up. A very simple algorithm is achieved, enabling a drastic cut down of the computer requirements. Nonlinear problems may also be solved
